Anyone who's had a baby, and I'm sure those who haven't, can imagine how frightening and stressful it must be to have a baby born too early and in need of a lot of care.

On 14th September I'm cycling 450 miles from Cirencester to Paris in 5 days to raise money for Bliss, the charity for babies born too soon, too sick, too small.

I'm no cyclist so this is a big challenge for me, so please sponsor me a few pennies, give a few words of encouragement and help me reach my target.
