This time last year along with members of CharltonLife, a website run by supporters of Charlton Athletic FC, I ran my first half marathon this year I aim to try again, I am also running the Bluewater 10k in June. Any donations will help this wonderful charity. I have been joined by Jon and Dave established Athletes of many races, whose encouragement and assistance will help me through.
