As some of you may be aware, I love cycling & I will be, again, taking part in The Prince's Trust charity's Palace-to-Palace ride this year.

I will be riding from Buckingham to Windsor, (45 miles = 72kms) also to help support the great work this charity has been doing for years....supporting and encouraging the youth to build a stronger future.
