Story
Hey everybody.
On the 24th July 2010 me and a friend (John hoath) will be undertaking the mamouth cycle ride from Lands End to Jon O Groats (southern most tip of the country to the northern most part of Scotland). The picture shows the journey to be 874miles but with John planing our route, avoiding busy roads where possible, it is going to be more along the lines of 1100miles by the time we arrive.
Neither of us being particularly fit, we will be aiming to complete the journey in 16-17 days with the daily distance ranging from 55 - 85miles. We will be traveling unsupported with only each other for company so please donate generously.
I will be raising money for the British Heart Foundation, a charity close to my heart which i helped raise money for last year, so please, please, please give generously.
John Hoath will be raising money for the St Marys Juba appeal, helping support the teaching hospital in Southern Sudan, so please also support him/them if you can.
