Story

Hello All,

This is a "Property Tribes" challenge open to anyone who would like to try and guess (sorry, accurately forecast) what the Land Registry House Price Index will show for the 12 month period to the end of 2011.

The winner gets bragging rights and I'm sure a bottle of bubbly could be found.

There are two parallel competitions, each costing £10 to enter. The first is for the UK average and the second, for London.

When entering, please include your name and forecast(s) to 2 decimal places. Please note it is first come first served and once a number is gone, you can't repeat it!

So what are you waiting for....show off your superior analytical skills and help the Tribe to raise as much as possible for this great charity.

About the charity

The money we raise directly supports people in three ways: The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Fields, a day and night centre in London; the Vicar’s Relief Fund, offering crisis grants throughout the UK; and the Frontline Network, supporting those who help people away from homelessness across the UK.
