On April 6th 2013 Sarah Groves was tragically murdered on a houseboat in Kashmir. The devastation and grief caused by this inexplicable event has been indescribable. Hundreds, if not thousands of people have been affected emotionally and some are receiving counselling as a direct result.

Due to Sarah's insatiable love of life however, together with her desire to make a change in the world, and her determination to help as many people as she could, the Sarah Groves Foundation has been set up in Guernsey as a Charitable Trust. The 2016 Tour De Sez is a 700 hundred mile cycle ride from Guernsey to Bilbao over 7 days and will take place in September. I will be one of 75 riders taking on this challenge. We will have a full support team and each rider will need to raise a minimum of £1,750 in sponsorship money.
