Story

IT'S OVER!!!!!!!!

Despite the fact that over 6000 people were treated for some sort of heat stroke, I crossed that finish line in a little over 6 hours.

I want to thank all of you for sponsoring and supporting me through the training and a special thank you to my wife Shelly for organising the surprise party for me when I got home.

Everyone should try the marathon at least once - it is the most incredible feeling and worth the months of pain and sweat leading up to it.

I'll be back here again because I want to beat my time so don't go spending all your hard earned just yet - I'll need your help again.

It's also not too late to sponsor me for this year's effort. This page will be up until June.

Thanks again.

Paul.
