20 miles somewhere in the wilderness...

Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration: On September 11th I'll be running the longest leg of a team relay from John O'Groats to the AMV offices on 151 Marylebone Road. The leg takes place somewhere in the Lake District, not entirely sure where...I'll be running with a small team of exceedingly nippy looking runners whose legs are much longer than mine.

So if you can help me raise my part of our target I won't look like quite as much of a plonker when I inevitably get left behind.

We're raising money for Brain Tumour Research, whose brilliant work has helped changed the life of a friend and colleague at AMV.

If you can just spare a fiver I'd be more than grateful. If someone wants to donate a compass for when I get lost, yeah that'd be great too.
