Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
30,000 people are diagnosed annually with blood cancers. The Leukaemia-Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity dedicated to finding treatments and cures, and an estimated £20million is required every year to maintain the research.
Between 12th - 18th May 2012 I will run solo from M&S Manchester HO to Paddington HO along the canal routes. I will go via Distribution Centres Coventry (DHL), Neasden (NDL) and Enfield (Wincanton). Approx 300 miles, 43 miles a day, 8 hours of running a day, equivalent to 11.5 marathons in 7 days.
The emotional and physical challenges I will face by training through the cold months, and running solo for the challenge are insignificant compared to the battles sufferers face.
Please dig deep to support the charity by recognising the challenge I am setting myself, not only for the 7 days of running but also the months of training to achieve this.
Thanks for the support - with your support you will be making a difference.
