Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have been "persuaded" (perhaps I may regret that extra glass of red after all!!!) to undertake a gruelling cycle charity challenge through Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua during November 2012. This involves cycling almost 500 kilometers in six days through some tough terrain, including on road and off road and a fair amount of mountains!! I am donating all my fundraising to Help for Heros, in the hope that I can give a better life to our armed forces who have given everything - and more - for our country and for our safety. I do hope you can support me and can give as much, or as little, as you can afford. I have set myself an ambitious target and trust that you can help me achieve it.

I have bought a new hybrid bike and started a 20 week training programme. Perhaps not quite up to the level I would like at this stage, but still a few weeks to go!!! Please note, every penny donated will go to Help for Heros, so please dig deep, although any and all donations will be appreciated.
