I've just returned from Afghanistan, and jumped at this opportunity to do something for the Help for Heroes charity, like the rest of the lads doing this, I too have friends and comrades currently be rehabilitated after been injured whilst serving our country. Like all Royal Marines, we love a challenge, and love them even more when what we're doing is going to make a difference to someone's life.
