I've just returned from Afghanistan, and jumped at this opportunity to do something for the Help for Heroes charity, like the rest of the lads doing this, I too have friends and comrades currently be rehabilitated after been injured whilst serving our country. Like all Royal Marines, we love a challenge, and love them even more when what we're doing is going to make a difference to someone's life.
Let us do the hard work to help our friends, all we need from you, is to dig deep and support us, give as generously as you can, no matter what your thoughts and opinions are on recent conflicts and operations, we're doing this to help provide those who have given so much for their country with the rehabilitation and help they need to get their lives back on track.
