Hare and Tortoise Cycle Challenge · 8 September 2006 ·

We enable people with learning disabilities to challenge what they expect from life.

Story

It's done - 100 miles - just like that!

Well maybe not quite 'just like that' - it did take 9 hours and 30 minutes! But they were a very enjoyable 9 hours and 30 minutes. And it's great to know that I've delivered against your donations.

Still, if there are some of you out there who haven't made a donation yet and would like to now that I've completed the task then please don't let me stop you!

As I've said before, SeeAbility does some excellent work helping partially sighted adults and others with physical and mental impairments to gain an education and a foothold in what must be for them a highly competitive and not always easy world.

Every penny you give goes to SeeAbility, so, if you haven't done so already, please do consider sponsoring me now!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: SeeAbility will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your ongoing support!

Kind regards

John

About the charity

SeeAbility provides ambitious social care for people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss. We encourage them to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society - and they in turn challenge us all to think about what’s possible, and to rethink disability.
