Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, I really appreciate it.

Together with 2 work colleagues from PDG Helicopters, Natasha Dunn  and David Kemp, I am undertaking the Highland Cross on 20th June 2015.  It's a coast to coast Duathlon consisting of a 20 mile run from Kintail on the west coast over the mountains to Loch Affric, followed by a 30 mile bike ride on road to finish at Beauly on the east coast.

I have never done this sort of thing before and I thought it was time I did. At 44 years old I need some help and support, please push me along by digging deep and help a great cause at the same time. Every pound raised well help me along the way.
