Story
From mid-March through to July 2012 I'll be riding my motorbike SOLO from the southern tip of Argentina to the northern edge of Alaska. Quite a trek, and I'll be passing through some of the friendliest countries in the world and some of the most spectacular scenery. That said, I'll also be riding some of the world's most dangerous roads possibly in extreme weather conditions.
I have my reasons for doing this but when times get tough (and I'm assured that they will) it would be good to know that my trails along the route have inspired some of you to help out those less fortunate along the way. The knowledge of your support will help me keep going, but more importantly, it will help many young people globally to realise their ambitions as they battle through their own life trials.
UNICEF is a UN agency, so you can be assured your donation will get to those young kids that need it, but they are not funded by Governments, and are wholly dependant on people like you. So please dig deep.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page - and I hope you enjoy the blog as I progress on the trip. If you have not yet seen it, please follow me at: www.patonabike.blogspot.com
