Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are running Brighton Marathon on the 6th of April, 2014 in support of Shree Parvati Secondary School located in a very remote village (Chatara) of Bajura District in Nepal. Amount of just £3710 will help develop a new building to accomodate more school children of this very deprived community.
About us
1) Priya Paudyal: I work for Brighton and Sussex Medical School, England. I enjoy running and have completed Plymouth Half Marathon and a 10k run in Brighton. Running gives me a sense of empowerment and freedom. I hope you will donate generously to make a difference in those children's future.
2) Rajendra Regmi: I am a Research Fellow and part time PhD student at the Department of Chemistry, University of Aberdeen, Scotland. I have already participated in Edinburgh and Venice Marathons as well as dozens of Half Marathon and 10K charitable races across the Scotland. Running has given a new definition to my life; every run generates a new hope inside me. Health, happiness and fundraising are other factors that entice me to run.
3) Prajaya Shukla: I am a Freelance Journalist. I live in Brighton, England. I have run several half marathons and short distance runs. I am very excited to raise funds to build classrooms for a school in remote village of Nepal.
4) Bandhu Paudyal: I am a neurologist at Bluefield Virginia in USA. I love to run for fun and health. I have run several half marathons and 10ks in the past and have won few trophies as well. I am looking forward to raise fund for the school.
5) Vibhu Paudyal: I am a lecturer of Pharmacy at Robert Gordon University, Scotland. I am a keen runner and have previously completed Edinburgh marathon and numerous half marathons. I have previously raised substantial funds for HELP Nepal network.
