We support Birmingham Children's Hospital to improve the lives of sick children

Story

As many of you are aware, Neil and Graham are going to be taking part in the biggest challenge of their lives in April 2014.

On April 6th they will be running the Paris Marathon, and then cycling to London before running the London Marathon on April 13th. All to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital’s cancer appeal.

The cause is a very personal one. They are doing this challenge because Neil's six-year-old daughter Kiahna was born with a complex heart condition. Since she was born, Kiahna has undergone five major heart operations at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Thanks to the fantastic team at BCH she is now able to live a normal, healthy life.

Please support us, and help us raise much needed funds for BCH so they can purchase much needed equipment to ensure they give the children in their care the best chance.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
