I am fundraising for a charity very close to my heart. Beat is the UK's eating disorder charity which supported myself and my family and still continues to support those with an eating disorder, their friends and family.

These serious mental illnesses include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. 1.25 million people in the UK have a diagnosed eating disorder, an increase of 86% since the pandemic. Eating disorders cost the UK's economy £16.8 billion each year.

I personally gained 1-1 support for 8 months during my recovery. I no longer felt alone.

Please help me raise funds for this amazing charity as I prepare for my first skydive and face my fear of heights on the 30th September 2023. As well as this I have also trained to run a 1/2 marathon which I ran on the 8.08.23. No one deserves to go through an eating disorder alone. Let’s raise awareness and resources for those in need.
