Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. During November I'll be attempting to run 5k EVERY day in order to raise money for Andy's Man Club

ANDYSMANCLUB has free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. The clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.

With thousands of men using their sessions every week, and an army of volunteers on board, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week. They firmly believe in the power of talking and that #ItsOkayToTalk.

The aim of the club is to provide men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.

This group were there for me during some of my darker times and helped me.

I did a similar challenge last year as a way to reset myself. This year I want to do it for a good cause. Hopefully my calf muscle will let me do it this year. I'm aiming for 5k a day (or 150k in November) but will adjust it if my calf plays up. I was going to do Movember but if anyone saw my bare face last year, you know it's not a pretty sight (and I look like a Geography Teacher)
