Some years ago, I suffered burnout and during the course of my recovery, discovered a restorative reflective practice called Courage and Renewal. I have spent 3 years training to become a facilitator and now offer half day reflective sessions and retreats for leaders who need some space and time to reflect on life. I don't charge for the work, it's my gift to the world, but I do ask participants if they can help a wonderful local hospice who helped me when my Dad and then my Uncle died.
