Welcome to the Tyneside Cat Centre's Virtual Cat Show! 🐱✨

We're thrilled to bring together cat lovers from all over to celebrate our feline friends and support a great cause. This virtual event showcases the unique personalities and charm of cats in various categories. By participating, you're not only enjoying adorable cat moments but also helping us raise vital funds for the Tyneside Cat Centre.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The Virtual cat show will take place on 03.03.25 for 7 days with the categories going live at 6:00pm on this day. 

2. To enter, comment with your favourite photo of your cat and remember to use your cat’s name in your entry. 

3. Please note, we are unable to accept entries where cats have been dressed up as this does not meet with our welfare standards, cats in clothing, including bows and fancy collars, will be excluded from the competition and hidden from public view in our comments. 

4. Cats Protection has the right to reject an entry to the Cat Show for any reason. 

3. There is a suggested donation of £2.00 per entry (or £10 for 5 entries) via Just Giving - you do not have to donate to participate in the show, you can enter for free. 

4. Every ‘like’ on a photo represents a point, the photo with the most likes at the time of counting will be announced as the winner.  

5. Each category will be live to enter for 6 days, once the cat show is finished original posts of categories will be updated to advise of this and to ensure no additional entries are posted after the points are added up.  

6. Each winner will be announced by insert time when the cat show is closed and published on www.facebook.com/CatsProtectionTyneside. 

7. We reserve the right to use your entry photo and cat's name when we announce the winner for each category. 

8. Category winners will receive a 1st prize rosette, this will be posted within 14 days at no cost to you. 

9. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize rosette within 21 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize rosette from the winner and offer this to the 2nd place entrant. 

10. There can be only one winner for each category. In the case of a draw, the 1st prize winner will be selected at random before being announced. 

11. The results of each category is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

12. All funds raised will go to Tyneside Cat Centre Registered Charity 203644 (England & Wales) SC037711 (Scotland).  

13. Any money received after the end date of insert end date, including late entries after the categories have closed, will be treated as a donation to help fund the work of Cats Protection and will not be refundable.
