As most of you may already know, we lost a very special friend last February, after a very tough battle with cancer.

Havens provided fantastic care and support to not only Matt, but his incredible wife & two young girls both during and after Matt’s time there.

Anyone who was lucky enough to know Matt, would know he had a personality that would light up any room he walked in and was just always an absolute pleasure to be around.

Life hasn’t been the same since you left mate and we all miss you so much.

I will be taking part in the ‘100k Jurassic coast trek’. This entail’s walking/running the equivalent of 2.5 marathons, back to back. My aim is to complete this under 24 hours.

This will be extremely tough and a real challenge, yet still doesn’t come close to everything Matt went though, always showing incredible pride and resilience.
