Help me take the plunge (quite literally!) as I abseil down the 11-story Lister Hospital to raise funds for the Children's Wards. While my trusty guide dog Freeman will be keeping his paws firmly on the ground (he drew the line at learning to abseil), I'll be scaling new heights to support East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity.
