On 7 October Israel suffered the worst terrorist attack in its history when 1400 people were murdered by Hamas and 233 taken hostage including 32 children.

Magen David Adom are the Israeli Red Cross, they run the ambulance network, deploy first responders in medical emergencies, provide blood donation banks and work closely with the Palestinian Red Crescent. With Israel at war and under constant attack their work is more important than ever.

To raise money for Magen David Adom and highlight the terrible plight of the hostages I will be running at least 10km Sunday-Friday until the hostages are home.
