Tadzik passed away peacefully with family and Shipston Home Carers on Monday 17th February 2025. These ‘angels’ gave him dignity and the upmost kindness and respect during his month of end of life care in the comfort, peace and safety of his own home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and ‘time’ was always given to him whether day or night. The night care gave expert medical attention and enabled our family valuable sleeping time to recharge our own batteries. Until one experiences cancer care, words cannot do justice to thank them. What was a distressing time was made so very precious having their support and reassurance. As a hospice charity they currently receive just 6% of funding from the NHS, so raising awareness of the charity and raising funds is vitally important Please, please give generously.. …………..

Shipston Home Nursing is a hospice at home charity, caring for terminally ill people who wish to be nursed at home. The service is run by a team of qualified nurses specialising in palliative care. Our nurses and healthcare assistants look after the patient, their family and those important to them, for the time required, in their own homes.
