St John's are proud to have a team walking at this year's Twilight Walk in Delamere Forest in aid of St Luke's Hospice. The charity is one very close to everyone's heart locally and we are grateful for your support.

Since 1988, St Luke’s has been providing palliative care to local people, supporting them in ways which go beyond the scope and funding of the NHS. Last year we supported over 1,000 local people with a huge range of support from end of life care on In-care to supporting carers, and from helping children cope with grief to helping patients return to work after an illness.

St Luke's are a charity and provide all their care for free, so they rely on the generosity and commitment of supporters to carry on providing their wonderful care in to the future.
