On the 20th September, I will be taking part in the Brutal Double Ironman distance in Llanberis, Snowdonia, consisting of a 5 mile open water swim, 232 mile cycle and with a 52 mile run, going to the Llanberis summit first.

My chosen charity for this event is the Wyre Forest and South Worcestershire Nightstop, who support 11 to 25 year olds, with emergency accommodation and family mediation.
