Over the next two years I will be taking part in a variety of events including the Yr Wyddfa Sea to Summit Ultra, a couple of other ultras, some Tough Mudders and London Marathon 2026 amongst others!

The aim is the raise as much money and awareness as possible for the National Brain Appeal.

This charity funds vital research and charities such as rare dementia UK who support those affected by rare dementias such as FTD. Something many of you know is very close to mine and my families hearts.
