Story
I am organising a community Wave of Light in Saffron Walden on Sunday 15 October, so anyone who has been affected by baby loss can join together in the movement that people take part in across the world, at the end of Baby Loss Awareness Week. You are welcome to attend, hold a candle and stand together in a moment of silence in loving memory of all babies lost too soon. Ribbons will be available to tie around the bandstand, creating a display of remembrance.

My niece, Eloise, was stillborn on 18th July and Petals, the baby loss counselling charity, have been hugely helpful to my brother and sister in law, so while a donation is absolutely not compulsory, any donations made will go towards this incredible charity.
More about Petals:
We are Petals, the baby loss counselling charity. The specialist counselling service that we provide is life-changing for parents who have suffered the devastating loss of a pregnancy or death of a baby. We know that these tragic experiences not only result in grief but also in trauma. Our wonderful counsellors are there to help our clients navigate their grief and trauma and to guide them to a place of hope.
In supporting this event you will be helping us to deliver more vital counselling sessions to bereaved parents when they need us.
