Story
This year, People’s Captain and some of our hospitality industry pals will be taking on the Cycling Three Peaks Challenge. That means climbing Britain’s highest peaks - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon one after the other, and cycling from each to the next. Needless to say, we’re a little nervous about it.
Why? It’s all part of our mission to be 'Brewing Positivity’. People’s Captain exists to bring people together to be a positive impact on the community around them, and challenges like this help us to spread the word, and raise some funds for charities who are doing great things in this area.
Who Are We Doing It For?
Between ourselves and our sponsor Dayla Drinks all the costs of our adventure are covered, so every penny raised will be split equally between these 2 amazing charities:
Looseheadz:
Looseheadz are on a mission to place a mental health lead in every rugby club in the world and equip them with a toolkit of resources to support players, coaches and staff. Like People’s Captain, they believe in the power of community to turn the tide against poor mental health, and raise funds through creating rugby clothing designed to get people talking. #TackleTheStigma
