Story
Alcohol damages so many people's lives. The impacts are seen not only in the individual but in the lives all around them.
I want to help change that so that we can get back the people we love most in life and also create positive changes in attitude towards alcohol for future generations.
This October at the Royal Parks Half Marathon, I will be running to raise money for Alcohol Change UK.
About Alcohol Change UK
Every day in the UK twenty people die because of alcohol. It can affect anyone, from any walk of life but alcohol harm is not inevitable. With your support, change can happen faster.
We want to build a future in which people drink as a conscious choice, not a default; where the issues which lead to alcohol problems like poverty, mental health issues, and homelessness are addressed; where those of us who drink too much, and our loved ones, have access to high-quality support whenever we need it, without shame or stigma.
Thank you for your support.
