The Royal British Legion support serving and veteran service personnel and their families from community support through to recovery and rehabilitation.

The Poppy appeal is the most recognisable fund raising effort for RBL but the work RBL does runs year round and is needed now more than ever.

Along with my good friend Jake, we are undertaking the Welsh 3000s, covering all 15 peaks of Snowdonia over 3,000ft in one go. We will cover almost 45km and climb around 4,500m - all in under 24hrs.
