I am running the London Marathon. What a crazy thought What a crazy idea. I am not built for marathon running. I am built to sit on a sofa and eat biscuits. So why am I doing it? Basically because Christian AId offered me a charity place and how could I refuse? How hard could it be. No one told me you couldn't run it in installments. I have now run the equivalent of several marathons and it is not getting any easier. But then I remember I don't have to walk miles to find work, clean water or health care. Any money that you can spare for CHRISTIAN AID makes a real difference to peoples lives. I hope the thought of me out running in all winds and weathers and SNOW will bring a smile to your face.
