On March 1st, I will be running the Berkhamsted Half Marathon (my first half marathon eeek!). I will be donating any and all money made from sponsors to the British Heart Foundation. Those of you who know me will know that my dad passed away suddenly from acute heart failure on the 6th of August 2020, at the age of 54. The British Heart Foundation fund lifesaving research, particularly into risk factors like Diabetes (which my dad suffered from). I hope my donation will help others get the medical intervention and help that my dad needed.
