The three of us are super excited to be taking part in the 2025 Limavady Fitness Factor this year.

Cancer has been a bit of plague in our family, with Kerri, overcoming thyroid cancer (exactly 10 years ago this month) and our mother beating skin cancer a couple of years back, so it feels right to take part, in the tenth year of the program in Crossfit Limavady.

It affects most families in recent years and every single person could probably say they know/knew of someone who has suffered at the hands of this horrible disease.

It just feels right for the three of us to take part.
