Mum, grandma, great-grandmother and friend.

At Jennifer's 80th birthday she was a bubbly, happy, leading member of the village society, with a close family around her. Two years later she started to encounter symptoms of Alzheimer’s. As the years progressed, Alzheimer’s took almost everything from her. She handled it with grace and practicality. As her condition deteriorated she needed increasing help from family and friends. What survived throughout her long battle was her humour, love and unwavering determination. Her family and friends were a huge support.
