Story

Thank you for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. In May this year I lost my dad to a heart attack whilst he was on holiday with my mum. He was the best dad ever and there’s not a single second in the day where I don’t think about him and wish he was still here. I’m running this race for him and I know he’d be so proud of me.

I want to be able to find my spark again after losing him, and I believe that raising money for a cause so close to my heart will help me immensely. It has also worked out that his birthday is the same day as the half marathon, the 6th of April, which means so much to me!

£24 could pay for two hours of research, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. I know myself how unexpectedly heart problems can affect a family so the research that BHF undertake is life changing. Thank you so much, your support means the world to me.
