A few people have messaged saying they’d love to enter after I’ve actually run the marathon, and since my goal is to raise as much as possible for this incredible charity, I think this is the right call!

Living near Fistral Beach, the home of British surfing, I get to witness and personally experience the RNLI's vital impact on keeping people safe.

Growing up as a competitive swimmer, I have a huge respect for the ocean, and have found great comfort in learning to surf on a lifeguarded beach.

It is a privilege to run the London Marathon for the RNLI, a charity that keeps myself and so many others safe.

Many of you know that asking a swimmer to start running is like taking a fish out of the water😅 Any support is greatly appreciated. Thank you🌊❤️

Too many people are still drowning. More than ever we need the RNLI's help. As a charity, the RNLI depends on our donations so it can go on saving lives and keeping us and our loved ones safe. RNLI lifesavers are our lifeline. They are the lifeboat crews who provide 24-hour search and rescue right around the UK and Ireland. The lifeguards keeping watch on 240 of the busiest beaches in the UK and Channel Islands. And the RNLI safety teams and educators working tirelessly to stop people getting into trouble in the first place. Thank you.
