Walking approximately 20 miles from Birmingham city fc to Aston Villa, West Brom, Walsall, and finish at the Molynuex ( Wolverhampton wanderers fc · 10 May 2025

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support from you, we can rebuild even more lives.

I think most of us certainly know someone who at sometime has been affected by Stroke related issues, I have personally lost some dear friends recently due to a stroke, also Andy & Neil from the Wolverhampton bobsled team have also lost family members to stroke related issues, as I’m sure most of our team who are doing an approximately 20mile walk on may 10th 2025, Starting at Birmingham city fc, then onto Aston Villa, West Brom, Walsall and finishing at the Molynuex,
