October is breast cancer awareness month and we are fundraising for Nottingham Hospitals Charity who will use the funds to support the Nottingham Breast Institute and Nottingham Hospitals local breast cancer research.

As a women's gym this is so close to our hearts as we have breast cancer survivors amongst us, and is also in memory of those who have passed.
