Story

As part of the 1000 Lights event at the Utilita arena, I am seeking your support to raise funds for mental health.

I will be playing guitar with 1000 musicians at the Birmingham Utilita Arena - raising money for mental health charity Uprawr - who provide FREE counselling to young people in desperate need.

The Uprawr Mental Health Foundation was set up after Linkin Parks Chester Bennington sadly took his life following a battle with his own mental health.

Let's prevent the loss of more young lives.

About the campaign

Join our epic band of 1000 & raise money to provide free counselling & mental health services for the alternative music community while playing alongside rock legends such as Funeral for a Friend, Holding Absence, The Blackout and MORE at the NIA.

About the charity

We provide free counselling to people aged 18 and 35 that relate to the alternative & rock music scene. Running sessions online, and from UPRAWR Studios, we turned our studio rooms into relaxed counselling suits so people can talk to councillors they to relate to in a non-clinical environment.
