Taking inspiration from our amazing colleagues who've raised so much for this charity already, Andy Palfreyman & the Be At One Ops team will be walking a "Bar-A-Thon" on 12th July 2023.

This will be a circa 26 mile walk for MND around as many BAO London Sites as possible, starting with Be At One Richmond.

We'd aiming for each of our team doing the walk to raise at least £100 for the charity, but we fully hope to smash this target and raise a wedge of cash for this very worthy cause!!
