On the 23rd July 2023, I will be completing a tandem skydive, in memory of my best friend Amy, and to raise money for RoadPeace.

I have chosen this date to pay tribute to Amy as the 22nd July 2023 would have been her 21st birthday. Amy was a beautiful, energetic, smart, kind, free-spirited person that never failed to make me laugh.

In November 2022, Amy died as a result of a road traffic crash. She was driving home after spending the evening with her partner and some friends, on her Kawasaki NInja 125 motorcycle when she was tragically hit by a car. I miss her so, so much and by raising money for RoadPeace I hope to keep her memory alive and reiterate the importance of road safety.

RoadPeace is the national charity for people who have been bereaved or injured due to road traffic crashes. The charity is not government funded so events like this make a huge difference.

RoadPeace's vision is, "for a world where road danger is not tolerated and where road crash victims receive justice and compassion".
