Sponsored Silence · 12 December 2023

Refugee Action provides direct support to people seeking safety in the UK, as well as campaigning for their rights. Our vision is that refugees and people seeking asylum will be welcome in the UK. They will get justice, live free of poverty and be able to successfully rebuild their lives.

Story

#SilenceForRefugees

Are you looking forward to Christmas? We hope so!

But millions of refugees around the world may not be. They are in countries that are not their own. They may have had to leave their home to go to a new country which seems strange and frightening.

Year 4 at Kineton Primary School have been inspired by their class story (The Boy at the Back of the Class) and their learning about refugees to try and raise some money for Refugee Action to help refugees across the world.

They are holding a sponsored silence on 12th December and are going to be silent for a whole day. It's going to be tricky!

We (and refugees) need you to donate now!
