Dunelm Glass and IF Solutions have teamed up to take part in a cycle ride across Italy to raise funds for a remarkable charity based in the North East of England (Foundation of Light).

 

You can read all about them by clicking the link on this page, they make such a huge difference to disadvantaged children and young adults in the North East and as soon as we heard about the event they were organising we were quickly on board with the whole idea!

 

Adrian Baugh (If Solutions) has teamed up with Ritchie Wilson & Chris Smith (Dunelm Glass) to try and raise funds for this great cause. We know it’s going to be a challenge and we are all prepared for a very sore bottom.

 

The ride starts in Tuscany (Pisa) and the ride commences, the biggest challenge is the mountains, we climb over the Appenine mountains with heights in excess of 6000 metres, finally a nice decent at the end bringing us to a close in Venice.

 

We are calling on our industry to sponsor our shirts, any supplier, distributor or Individual can have your logo on our shirts in the hope we can raise enough funds for the foundation.

 

We have 3 months to get fit enough and raise the money, let’s do this!
