Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our Just Giving page.

Avonside Group Services saw this event, not only as a great team building exercise, but also an opportunity to raise money for worthy causes.

We have chosen three charities to donate proceeds to :

The Alzheimer's Society

Cyclists Fighting Cancer

Children's Hospice Association Scotland.

All worthy in their own rights. However, we are sure that you will agree, any one of us could be touched, or know someone that has been touched by the work these charities do at some point in our lives.

With this in mind, we ask that you give generously !

In doing so, we would like to thank you for your support.

We shall keep your support in mind along the 300 miles to Paris, over 4 days of riding.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
