Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising money in memory of Hafsah, who passed away in August 2015, and in support of her family. Hafsah was a remarkable child who was a Year 6 pupil at Bowling Park Primary School. She was an inspiration to everyone because she had a brilliant attitude to learning and to life. She was a determined, bright and caring girl who is sadly missed.

To do this, I am going to be running my first ever marathon on 3rd April 2016 in Paris. Who would ever have thought that I would be running such a long distance! It was only a few years ago that I couldn't even run for a few minutes at a time. My target is £2620, which is £100 for each mile of the marathon. I would really appreciate it if you would forward this to anyone else who knows me and/ or will be happy to sponsor me

Any donations you make are very much appreciated. All the money raised will be donated to Candlelighters, a great local charity who support the families of children effected by cancer.
