Story
On the 9-11 May 2017, I will be riding the sani2c, (www.sani2c.co.za), a three day MTB stage race in South Africa. The race runs from Underberg, near the Lesotho border, down to Scottburgh just south of Durban. In total about 300kms and nearly 5000 metres of climbing. With your help, I would like to raise as much as I can for the Minstead Trust.
Minstead Trust is a charity, in the New Forest, that provides training and support for people with learning disabilities, helping them to live as independent lives as possible. Like many in this sector, cuts in government funding continue to have an impact on charities like Minstead Trust. Minstead Trust relies on voluntary donations in order to achieve its vision that people with Learning Disabilities can live fulfilled lives as full citizens in society. Please help me raise my target of £1500, which could for example, provide over 35 days of training to someone with a learning disability at Minstead Trust.
Every £1 that I raise up to a maximum of £750, will be matched by Barclays plc, so that makes all donations doubly important. In effect your donation is getting doubled !
Please help me to achieve a target of £1,500. It would mean so much to the people that are supported at Minstead Trust, to help continue the great work of the Trust. Thank you so much and please look out for the photos on this page after the event. Kind regards. Ian
