Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Most of you will know that my lovely husband David died from cancer three years ago.
David had a racing bike and not knowing what to do with it, I decided, with the help of a friend, to take up road cycling.
In my first year, I did a week in the French Alps and I regularly cycle in and around Windsor Great Park.
David was looked after during the whole of his illness, by the wonderful staff from The Princess Alice Hospice in Esher. Initially at home, and then in the hospice itself. This amazing organisation is a charity and all of the support we received was completely free.
I have been planning for some time to raise some money for the hospice and have the opportunity to do a 100mile cycle for the first (and probably the last!!) time on Saturday 11th July.
I would be grateful for any sponsorship for this very worthwhile cause.
