Kids!
Make Origami animals and birds and sell them to your parents for pennies - don't forget, every penny helps. All money raised through this page goes to the Japanese Red Cross (through the British Red Cross, who have coded this page). Maybe you can do an event through school or your youth group or church/mosque/synagogue/temple or in your street or estate. There's loads of easy Origami on http://en.origami-club.com/easy/index.html and Origami is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding so it's a really cool way for children to help people in Japan. Grown ups can join in too, or just hand over their coins for Origami lessons/creations from their kids.
Think of other ways to raise money through Origami and tell us here or on our facebook page Origami 4 Tsunami. When you've raised some money (even a little bit will help someone) you can give it to the Red Cross through this page, with the help of a grown up, or to the Red Cross direct (but tell us how much you've donated so we can if Origami 4 Tsunami is working). Tell your friends!
