Fueled by rising demand for horn, the illegal killing of rhinos across Africa has reached unprecedented levels. This year alone, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy has lost 5 rhinos to poaching, with 1 other wounded by gunshots.
The only way to stop this poaching is to improve our current security levels. Improving our current security levels means significant investments.
